The Tasks Module in Responsiv allows you to create, assign, and track action items tied to obligations, requirements, and controls. It helps ensure accountability, deadlines, and follow-up across your compliance processes.

Tasks can be linked to any compliance item in your system, providing full traceability from regulatory requirements to concrete actions.

Tasks Process

When you create or manage a task:

Step 1: Click + Add Task to create a new task.

Step 2: Create the Task and press save

Step 3: Assign the task to a team or add a due date.

Step 4: Monitor task progress using the Task Status field, which tracks whether the task is Pending, In Progress, Completed, or Exception. Upload evidence to evidence the task was completed.
