The Alerting object in Responsiv proactively identifies and tracks regulatory changes, notifying you of updates that impact your organization's compliance posture.

This functionality is critical to:

Monitor Regulatory Changes: Maintain awareness of new, updated, or withdrawn regulations relevant to your business.
Prioritize Alerts: Use the automated Alert Score to quickly determine the impact and urgency of a regulatory change.
Integrate with Regulatory Obligations: Seamlessly connect regulatory alerts with existing obligations and workflows.

Alert Score

The Alert Score categorizes regulatory changes based on their potential impact on each of your business units, with a numeric rating indicating relevance, severity and urgency:

Very High (Score 4): Review Required.
High (Score 3): Review Suggested.
Medium (Score 2): Could Review to be Safe.
Low (Score 1): No Review Required.

Alert Dashboard

The Alert Dashboard provides a centralized view of regulatory changes that have triggered an alert. Key fields in the dashboard include:

Viewing All Regulatory Changes (Audit Trail)

The Alerts page only the regulatory changes that have triggered an alert. The Regulatory Changes page shows ALL regulatory changes and how they were scored. This provides a defensible audit trail.
